Where do I see myself in the Future?

Back at school, our teachers always ask us to create our future plans. What do you want to be in the future? What are your goals? Your dreams? And a lot more questions are pondering inside your head. Sometimes we end up creating plans that are too generic. I’ll graduate in college, pass the board exam, get a job, travel, build my own family, and so on and so forth. Its true, realistic indeed. But sometimes, what we need is a more specific goal.

Since this is my first blog, I will somehow give you a hint of who I am.

Last 2 years ago, I graduated in a university with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English and yes I am also a board passer. Those goal seems so impossible and hard earned for me, but I feel so overwhelm to receive them immediately, that is when I got lost. I don't know what next.

So now in order to keep me in track, I planned my future, not the way I planned it back in college but the more realistic and futuristic as I can.

I am 22 years old this year, and next year I am planning to quit my job and rest for a while. I need to get a life to get time of my own. Next, I want to go back to studying. I wanted to improve and grow, sometimes I feel stupid that's why I wanted to take Masters degree in my dream school.

If after that I fell back in love to teaching, maybe I'll start working in public school until my last breath.

Then take breaks in between. I want to travel with my family, with my self and in the future with my own family.

At the end of the day, your life wont always run the way you planned it. God holds your life, He knows what is best for you and He would not put you in a situation without reasons. Everything has a purpose. His plans are the best over yours. Trust in Him and you'll never get lost.
